The short answer is: as many as the number of distinct innovation contexts you want to run. Each Admin manages a specific context, a business unit, programme, product, technology use case, or innovation community – so your Admin count grows naturally as your innovation activity scales. At least one of them must be designated as a Super Admin, responsible for platform-wide governance and standards across all contexts.

Admins can create and manage innovation communities, facilitate problem owners and business units to run their challenges, campaigns, eRFPs, manage projects, workflows, evaluations, and implementation. Admins manage access, governance, and external ecosystems.

End-users are unlimited and included at no additional cost. They can submit ideas, participate in challenges, collaborate in communities, work in projects, and search and scout startups, experts, SMEs, and solutions. Admins can assign end-users to operational roles such as Challenge Managers, Community Managers, or Scouts at no extra cost. Any manager can access the Innocentive global ecosystem and track progress, decisions, and outcomes.
