“Innovation is fostered by information gathered from new connections; from insights gained by journeys into other disciplines or places; from active, collegial networks and fluid, open boundaries.

– Meg Wheatley, Author and Management Consultant

Innovation has been at the top of the agenda for businesses but many are still struggling to successfully build a culture of innovation. 85% agreed that efficiencies within their business could be improved through more innovative ideas.  Almost the same number stated there was ambiguity and barriers to innovation, meaning that it was unlikely to happen. We want to help remove those barriers and show the great opportunities that lie ahead with organisations adopting an EveryDay Innovation mindset.

EveryDay Innovation is not another buzzword that will simply dwindle in use until the next innovation buzzword comes along. It’s an ethos, a new perspective and a guide for every organisation seeking to embed a culture of innovation. Every week between now and the end of January (except over the holidays!) we will be running an 8 week blog series highlighting 6 ideas that will provide compelling insights and practical steps towards incorporating EveryDay Innovation.

We want to help you on your journey towards creating a culture of innovation. This will subsequently lead to a more engaged and collaborative workforce, providing more opportunities for your business to grow and succeed in your marketplace.

We will also take away the mystery of EveryDay Innovation and show you that it’s simply a way of doing business and doing it well.

The series will end with a concluding post summarising these ideas and providing a chance for you to be amongst the first to download our second EveryDay Innovation Report, which will be available at the end of January 2016.
