DEDICATED IMPLEMENTATION MANAGER

You will receive implementation support and ongoing assistance from a dedicated account manager to ensure you are successful in deploying Idea Spotlight and that your adoption rate and return on engagement are maximised.

IMPLEMENTATION SUPPORT INCLUDES:

Scoping,  Testing & Launch Planning.
Scoping is the first major stage of the implementation process. We will work with you to assess and to gain clear understanding your business objectives and goals.  We will help you to identify your Key Success Criteria.
Once scoping is complete, we will set up a test site with your project team to allow you to begin testing different ideation workflows. During this stage we will provide system training and carry out weekly project reviews of progress and provide feedback.
Prior to launch we will work with you to set up an internal communications plan. We will also help you to define the initial challenges and goals for launch and to define the right user groups, departments and timescales.

ONGOING SUPPORT

Once you’ve successfully launched your Idea Spotlight platform, we will provide a customer support portal and ticketing service for any questions or issues. We provide regular reporting back and measuring against your goals and Key Performance Indicators, including quarterly account review meetings.
