Literally everything we do is cloud-based, from our voice over IP phones through to our email, customer relationship management (CRM) tools, development tools and of course Wazoku itself, which we use to discuss and develop ideas among ourselves. Flexible softphones have enabled remote working – your number is always with you – and outbound calling costs are so much cheaper. Using soft phones has resulted in cost savings of approximately 80%.
