At Wazoku, we are committed to continuously enhancing your experience of our platform. A huge element in that mix is ensuring that you have access to the right data, at the right time, to tell the story of your success both within your organization and out into the world.

Today, we’re thrilled to introduce our latest feature that ensures this is possible: Scheduled Dashboard Reports. This functionality transforms the way you access and share critical insights, offering unparalleled convenience for your analytics and reporting needs.

What are Scheduled Dashboard Reports?

Scheduled Dashboard Reports is a powerful tool that allows you to effortlessly obtain excel file exports from your dashboards. These exports contain information from Table and Pivot widgets, with each different widget neatly organized into separate sheets within a single file.

Why is this a Game-Changer?

Here are some key benefits of this exciting new feature:

  1. Tailor-Made Reporting: you already have complete flexibility to build custom reports in Wazoku, but with Scheduled Dashboards, we’re ensuring this flexibility extends to the regularity of your reporting too. You can generate widgets using any available data sets from Advanced Analytics and apply filters and summarizations to precisely create the reports you need.
  2. Real-Time Data Preview: unlike traditional reporting methods, Scheduled Dashboards allow you to preview your data as you design your dashboard, ensuring accuracy and relevance is constantly upheld.
  3. Centralized View of Data: say goodbye to scattered reporting. Now, reports and on-platform dashboards can be configured to live side-by-side in one centralized, convenient location.

How to Get Started:

Using Scheduled Dashboards is a breeze. Just follow these simple steps:

Access Advanced Analytics: Go to any location where you have admin or manager access, just like you would to set ‘access’ options for a dashboard.

Schedule or Send: In the dashboard’s toolbar, you’ll find new buttons. To schedule a report, click the envelope button. To send it immediately, click the three dots in the top-right corner, then select ‘Send Excel Report’.

Customize Your Schedule: When scheduling, you can choose from three different frequencies: daily (morning, afternoon, or both), weekly (selecting specific days), or monthly (choosing a day of the month).

Versatile Reporting:

Scheduled Dashboards aren’t limited to a single instance. You can configure dashboard reports for different Co-Creation Communities, Idea Spaces, or Challenges, tailoring them to specific recipients and frequencies. All reports are generated as admin users, regardless of the receiving users’ roles.

And we aren’t done yet!

In the future, we plan to migrate reporting functionalities into Advanced Analytics dashboards, ensuring a seamless reporting experience for all our users. We will also offer the option to send scheduled PDF exports of the full dashboard!

Start Simplifying Your Reporting Today:

Whether you’re a Platform site Admin, Idea Space or Co-Creation Community Admin, or Challenge Manager, Scheduled Dashboards empower you to streamline your reporting tasks and make data-driven decisions with ease.

Ready to get started? Visit your dashboard, explore the toolbar, and discover the new Scheduled Dashboards feature. It’s time to unlock a more efficient, centralized, and flexible reporting experience with Wazoku.
