In our ever-evolving quest to enhance the user experience and provide more robust analytical tools, we’re excited to introduce a significant update to our Advanced Analytics platform.

The Changes to Profile Fields

The revamped User Profile Form Fields are set to step-up the way you analyze and segment your data. In the previous implementation, these fields were confined to their own table within the activity data set. Now, in the updated version, the profile fields will come into their own as individual columns.

This shift towards individual columns offers greater flexibility when building your widgets. You can effortlessly compare multiple profile fields, opening a world of possibilities for data analysis. With the new update, you can create dynamic scatter plots comparing various aspects of your data, such as ideas submitted per country and department.

Another key change is a seemingly minor addition, yet it promises to be incredibly useful for our users. This update came as a direct response to a customer request, and it’s all about improving the evaluation data set. We’re now proud to display ‘pending evaluation’ responses, allowing our customers to keep track of evaluators who have not completed their assigned tasks. It’s now easier than ever to find out who might need some help to get those evaluations completed on time.

When are Enhanced Profile Fields Available?

We understand that change can be daunting, but don’t worry. Both versions will coexist for a while, ensuring a smooth transition. However, it’s essential to note that the old table will be deprecated by January 2024. To avoid any hiccups, it’s crucial to update your dashboards during this transitional period.

How To Get the Updates

So, how can you take full advantage of these enhancements? You can start by using the new fields in your widgets and filters. Find the form fields in any ‘user table’ and make your data analysis even more powerful.

To update your widgets, follow these simple steps:

  • Open the widget editor.
  • Remove the ‘Profile Form Field’ filter.
  • Remove the ‘Profile Form Response’ row.
  • Add a new row, searching for a profile form field, like “Where are you from?”
  • Click Apply.

Your table will now seamlessly integrate the new fields from the ‘User Table’, ensuring a seamless transition to these enhanced features.

In summary, our new profile fields are the latest update to our industry-leading Advanced Analytics offering. This change means more versatility and insight into your data. We encourage you to embrace these enhancements and leverage the power of Advanced Analytics to gain deeper insights into your data. Should you need assistance during this transition, our support team is here to help. Embrace the future of data analysis with our enhanced profile fields and take your analytics to the next level!
