• Q: What support do you offer?

  A: All accounts have access to our support portal where users can access getting started guides, support articles and videos, our community forum and can request help from our support agents.

  In addition Custom Spotlight clients have support from an Account Manager and Idea Spotlight clients also have the option to add an Account Manager to their account. Your Account Manager can tailor support to suit your organisation and can offer full training and set-up support and personal account management. Your Account Manager can help you with launch planning and integrating Spotlight into your business.

• Q: How secure will my data be?

  A: Our security features include use of redundant storage and servers, 256-bit SSL data transfer encryption, secure EU based hosting, an uptime guarantee and automatic backup. Our services are all hosted in a secure location at Rackspace. We employ the same level of encryption commonly used in banking and store data in separate databases to ensure protection.

• Q: How will you bill me?

  A: For Idea Spotlight and Custom accounts we can invoice quarterly or annually.

  Idea Box accounts will be billed monthly via credit or debit card. You can manage your billing details in the admin panel inside Idea Box.

• Q: Am I eligible for any discounts?

  A: We offer discounts for charities and startups – contact us to find out more.

• Q: What integrations are available?

  A: We offer Single Sign On integrations with Yammer, Gmail and Mozilla Persona; contact imports with Google, Yammer and Outlook. We also integrate with Pivotal Tracker for seamless idea development. In addition we have Google Chrome extensions and apps to make it easier for you to connect to your account.
