Wazoku is more than software!  We don’t just give you the tools. We also provide training, webinars, implementation support and ongoing assistance. We will be at your side during implementation and deployment and support you throughout the duration of your contract to ensure your experience with Idea Spotlight is successful and your return on engagement is measurable.


You will receive implementation support and ongoing assistance from a dedicated account manager to ensure you are successful in deploying Idea Spotlight and that your adoption rate and return on engagement are maximised.


1 – Scoping

Scoping is the first major stage of the implementation process.

We will work with you to assess and to gain clear understanding of your strategic business objectives and goals. It is important that you set clear goals, metrics and milestones and that you define and agree on how you wish to measure success.  We will help you to identify your Key Success Criteria.

2 – Testing

Once scoping is complete, we will set up a test site with your project team to allow you to begin testing different ideation workflows.

During this stage we will provide system training and carry out weekly project reviews of progress and provide feedback.

3 – Launch Planning

Effective and transparent communications are key to a successful launch and high adoption rate. Prior to launch we will work with you to set up an internal communications plan.

We will also help you to define the initial challenges and goals for launch and to define the right user groups, departments and timescales.

We will carry on supporting you through regular operational team meetings.


Once you’ve successfully launched your Idea Spotlight platform, we will provide a customer support portal and ticketing service for any questions or issues.

We provide regular reporting back and measuring against your goals and Key Performance Indicators, including quarterly account review meetings.
