Our innovation management software makes ideas easy to share and discover. Whenever you publish a new idea, you can choose the people you want to share it with. Reviewers, experts and decision-makers can be nominated to evaluate an idea. Or let Idea Spotlight identify the most relevant decision-makers and experts and route your idea directly to them using the recommendation engine.

Comments & Discussion

Collaborate on new ideas using dedicated discussion areas. Keep all comments and questions in one place and eliminate lengthy email chains. Idea authors are notified whenever new comments are added.
Quickview

All ideas and challenges have a Quickview section so you can quickly see who created it, its current status, rank and associated activity.
Voting

Give ideas a thumbs up or down with a single click. Get your favourite ideas recognised and implemented by voting them to the top of the Most Active Ideas feed on the dashboard – and help to move yourself up the Key Innovators leaderboard.

User Profiles

Each user has an online profile detailing their contact information, areas of interest and innovation history. This allows other users to see information such as areas in which they have expertise, ideas they’re involved in and challenges they have made.
Search

Quickly search across all ideas, challenges and people using Idea Spotlight’s Quicksearch. You can refine your results by limiting your search to just ideas, challenges or people.

Explore the best ideas, most active challenges and highest ranked individual innovators from across your organisation with Idea Spotlight’s Discover section. Drill down for more details or sort the results by applying filters.

Follow

Stay informed by following individuals or specific keywords. Receive updates in your Digest feed whenever a new idea is tagged with your chosen keywords or created by an individual you follow.
Notifications

Receive customised email notifications to alert you when there are key tasks awaiting your action. For example, emails to notify you when one of your ideas is approved or rejected, or you are invited to be a decision-maker on an idea.
