A decision-maker signs off an idea to move it from consultation to implementation phase and may then assign an owner, who are then responsible for taking the idea forward. Ranking provides a great indication of how engaged employees are with an idea and can be used to influence which ideas get approved. Personal ranks highlight top innovators and take into account their areas of expertise and interactions with successful ideas.

Keywords are linked to you as a result of the ideas you get involved with and link to the recommendation engine. They indicate the areas you have expertise in and the subjects on which you make decisions.
