Simple to use

Simple to set up and maintain, Idea Spotlight is web-based so all your employees need is a device with a web browser and they can access Idea Spotlight from anywhere – without software downloads. Integration options and single sign-on functionality adds to ease of use and aligns with company branding.

Our security features include use of redundant storage and servers, 256-bit SSL data transfer encryption, secure EU based hosting and infrastructure in state-of-the-art data centres, an uptime guarantee and automatic backup.
User Management

Restrict access to certain white list domains or individual users. You can easily change email address details, deactivate users or create new administrators through the administration screens.

The system recognises several roles in the idea management process; authors, reviewers, experts, decision-makers and owners.

Brand your account by uploading a logo or adding your own CSS stylesheet. Bespoke customisation options also available.
