Consultation Software

Screen Shot 2013-05-02 at 10.16.48Consultation software allows companies in the public and private sectors to manage consultations and is a crucial cog in the system of stakeholder management. For a lot of sectors, the responses and opinions of their stakeholders make up a crucial part of how they operate. Without a way to measure and constantly communicate with key stakeholders, the overall strategy of the business suffers.

So many businesses choose to turn to consultation software as a way to solicit the opinions and engagement of those who are effected closely by their business decisions. But very often those solutions can be bulky, costly, and involve a huge administrative effort to run.

Wazoku Government Spotlight creates a platform to help generate and refine ideas from key stakeholders. Their opinions can be collaborative, observed by you, and with a system that ranks and displays the ideas with the most buzz, the administrative task of opinion polling disappears. Not to mention, with our bespoke options such as a survey extension, we expand the possibilities to create reports and act on stakeholder ideas with ease.

Manage and deliver on stakeholder ideas

The process of gathering ideas from stakeholders is quite often half the battle. Especially if you’re working with sensitive answers or vulnerable people, companies can have many concerns not only about the safety of the data they collect, but also how they’re going to sort through it. We found this especially true in our work with public sectors.

Consultation Software Process

In our work with WCP and the Independent Commission on Mental Health, we found that in both their applications, they sought something like consultation software to survey the opinions of people to create reports and make effective decisions on their business. In both cases, the funnel of ideas would get stuck on the analysis stage, had they resorted to free survey options like SurveyMonkey or polls.

Those types of solutions may be free, but they aren’t as customisable or as easy to analyse and still create a large administrative tasks of reviewing the responses and cataloging them to create a report or make an official decision. Not to mention, free survey tools are ideal for simply taking surveys. They are not a platform for acting on ideas and building on them within an internal team. To read more about how we helped these companies effectively achieve their goals, view our case studies linked at the bottom.

Consultations that turn into ideas

Consultation software may help you manage and deliver consultations, but they quite often don’t have the background of an idea management platform in order to develop the ideas from the responses to those consultation. If your point is really effective stakeholder management and creating a way to effectively not only report on but respond to the concerns brought up by your stakeholders.

Ideas Spotlight allows you to turn that process into something seamless. You can create challenges based on responses, get feedback from an internal team on how to respond to these challenges, witness your idea develop, and approve it for action. Our ranking system also makes it easy for administrators to figure out which ideas are getting the most feedback and buzz, giving you a seamless solution that would normally be a difficult meeting and polling process.

Not to mention, you can reward key stakeholders and credit them effectively for ideas, if applicable. Once all of your information is onto one system, it becomes easy to see the transparent process an idea goes through from it’s generation to it’s completion, making it possible for you to identify key innovators among your stakeholders or groups of opinions that have made your business possible.
