In our work with WCP and the Independent Commission on Mental Health, we found that in both their applications, they sought something like consultation software to survey the opinions of people to create reports and make effective decisions on their business. In both cases, the funnel of ideas would get stuck on the analysis stage, had they resorted to free survey options like SurveyMonkey or polls.

Those types of solutions may be free, but they aren’t as customisable or as easy to analyse and still create a large administrative tasks of reviewing the responses and cataloging them to create a report or make an official decision. Not to mention, free survey tools are ideal for simply taking surveys. They are not a platform for acting on ideas and building on them within an internal team.
